FAQ's

Are you just an online company?

No, we are NOT solely an online company, although we do have a strong online presence. We are a working company made up of trade show industry professionals, shipping experts, and customer service professionals. We can supply hands-on, personalized sales or service upon request or when dictated by client needs. Trade Show Transit is an Agent of Landstar Carrier Group.

Do you have access to show info?

We have access to all of the Freeman and GES show information. This allows us to verify show Marshalling Yards, Targets, Advanced Warehouse Cut-Off's, and Pick-Up dates/times. We can get information on some of the other smaller shows and show contractors if needed.

Do you ship other items besides trade show and event freight?

We do offer retail display transportation along with high-value product transportation. Our rates are very competitive for both of these services.

Where are you located?

We are located in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area, but we have representation, network warehouses and facilities spread out across the entire US as well as International facilities at our disposal. Our clients are based across the US.

Why don't you offer more brokerage services?

We offer limited brokerage/logistics services because we only want to utilize partners that have a proven track record. There are way too many shipping companies out there that are simple "desk jockeys" booking logistics freight on the "cheapest" possible driver or company. We find that many of these cheap logistics/brokerage companies have success rates that vary from 50%-80%, which is completely unacceptable to Trade Show Transit. So we stick with primarily Van Line and preferred brokerage services.
